I have over twenty-five years of experience working with children, young people, and adults in local government, not-for-profit sectors, and purpose-driven organizations. 

I specialise in consultancy, solving organizational challenges using a strengths-based approach, promoting courageous communication, setting clear goals, and achieving effective team results.

I emphasise clarity and normalise conflict resolution ("Rumbling") in organizations, aiming to identify and solve complex problems in small to medium-sized organizations.

I am adaptive, creative, and skilled in identifying growth opportunities and collaborations.

I moved from the UK to Adelaide in 2019 to work with a not-for-profit organisation and am now looking to work consultatively across Australia. I am willing and experienced to work face to face and online with organisations.
