Soon after we moved to Adelaide, Australia, COVID impacted everyone. Hearing about how hard kids were struggling with being in isolation, particularly in the UK, we offered to facilitate online rehearsals and worked with young people both in the UK and Australia to meet online over a number of weeks to record a series of short scenes.
In 2019, I directed William Shakespeare's Romeo and Juliet in Belper, Derbyshire UK. The cast were all children and the play was uncut.
